UpCast is currently in closed beta, which means that there will be some functionality issues and yes, some bugs. Before contacting support, please ensure you have tried the following:
- Log out and in again.
- Restart your browser and reboot your computer.
- Swing a dead cat round your head while chanting, "Make. It. Work".
